Lost/Damaged Chargers

Process for replacing a charger that is lost, damaged, or has stopped working:

It is the policy of Iredell-Statesville Schools (ISS) that students and parents/guardians are responsible for replacing macbook chargers for any reason.  Payments can be made online by clicking here, or by cash or check to the front office. Once payment has been received, the school tech contact will submit a work order to request a new charger. A work order cannot be submitted until after payment has been made. A new charger will be delivered to the school for the student typically within 1-2 business days. Students/parents will be notified when the new charger is ready for pick up. 

As of April 28th, ISS has increased the cost of chargers to $63 for the brick and $8.50 for the extension cord.
